BISP Dynamic Survey Registration: New Update 2023-24 (Apply Now)

The BISP Dynamic Survey for 2023-24 is now open for online registration. This initiative by the government of Pakistan aims to include new families who were previously left out during the 8171 Ehsaas Program survey registry. The purpose of the survey system is to ensure the registration of more eligible families and conduct future surveys across the country. In the coming year, numerous households will be registered through the dynamic survey, which is considered more reliable than the NSER service.

New Update: BISP Dynamic Survey Online Registration 2023-24

Families eagerly awaiting the new BISP registration program can now complete their registration process at the BISP Digital Service Centers located in Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu. These centers are established in every district of Kashmir as well.

The dynamic survey is designed to be a seamless digital process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Learning from the challenges faced during the previous Ehsaas survey, the dynamic survey began its implementation in April 2023. Eligibility for the new BISP survey is primarily determined based on the poverty score calculated through a dynamic approach, considering the household assets.

It is important to note that government employees, business professionals, and individuals with significant wealth are not eligible for the program. Eligible families will receive a notification about their eligibility through the 8171 SMS service. Furthermore, all households previously registered through the NSER survey will undergo re-verification via the dynamic survey. The online CNIC checks will be conducted for all previous beneficiaries of the Ehsaas program using the new dynamic survey system.
